Can I postpone my repayment date?

No, there is no provision for loan extension at this time for nano loans.

How do I repay my loan?

You can repay your loan by making a transfer into the unique virtual account tied to your profile or use your debit card.

What is the maximum amount I can access?

The maximum loan amount accessible on Nano product is N100,000. However, this is dependent on factors like your loan repayment history with us.

How do I get higher amounts?

We advise making your loan repayments in due time to increase your chances of getting higher loan amounts.

How many days can I take a Nano loan for?

Our Nano loans range from 15 days to 90 days depending on the loan amount you select.

My phone number is not linked to my BVN

To apply for a loan, we would require your BVN-linked phone number. Please visit your bank to link your BVN to your phone number to enable you enjoy a financial lifestyle made for more.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password through your registered email and/or phone number. An OTP will be sent for validation.

How do I refer a friend or colleague?

Click on the Refer button to generate your referral link. This link can be shared with your friends via your social media.

What do I get for referrals?

The referral scheme is a point-based system. This means that the more people you refer, the more points you receive. You can exchange your points for an item in our gift shop once you have reached the maximum redeemable number of points.

Why do I need to add my debit card?

Your debit card is needed to facilitate disbursement of the approved loan. Please note that there is a N20 charge by your bank for card tokenization.

Can I add my friend’s debit card?

No, we do not accept third party debit cards. 

Can I add more than one debit card to my profile?

Yes, you can.

I am unable to delete my debit card from my profile.

A debit card must be linked to your profile at all times. If you want to remove one, you must first add another card.

Why was my loan rejected?

Your loan application could be rejected due to the following reasons: Low credit score, late repayment of previous loan, age requirements, and/or poor loan performance with other financial institutions.

Can I change my disbursement account?

Yes, you can change your disbursement account. This can be done when applying for a new loan. This requires the account number to be linked to your BVN as we do not disburse into 3rd party accounts.

What is a virtual account?

This is a unique, personalized account number linked to your profile for loan repayment.

Can I defer my repayment?

No. We do not have the provision to defer loan repayment on our platform for nano loans.

How do I add my card?

You can add your debit card details by clicking on the cards menu from your profile and following the prompts to add your card details. It is completely safe and secure.

How do I repay my loan?

You can repay your loan by paying into the virtual account displayed on your dashboard, or by linking a debit card to your account and making payments using the card.

Why am I charged N20 to add my card?

The N20 was charged by your bank for tokenization. This is to confirm that your debit card is still valid.

How long should I wait to reapply after my last Nano loan is rejected?

Please check back after 30 days from the date your previous Nano loan application was rejected.
